ADULT ACTING
It is possible to enroll in any of the individual Acting classes from the Acting Course (adults only) so please go to the Course content for details. Advanced serious acting students 16 yrs+ may also be permitted to join the course classes.
Costs of individual classes are from $16 per hour plus GST payable on invoice after enrolment and a free trial lesson. These classes take place depending on enrollments.
Acting 8 - 18 yrs (see under Revolving Classes below)
Audition technique is possibly the most important tool of an actors skills and there are classes that form part of the Part Time Courses at Stage Door that specifically work on this aspect.
Audition preparation and monologue classes take place on a Saturday in conjunction with the Part Time Music Theatre and Acting students. Cost of the 22, two hour classes is $32 per class, with a free trial class.
It is possible to start this course at any time after the free trial when you can see whether this class is appropriate for you.
